Designed to provide four year old children with the skills they will need to be successful in school when they enter kindergarten.
The READINESS PROGRAM is funded through a grant from the State of Michigan. Placement in the program is based on the individual need and family needs. After careful review of all applications, determination is made as to whether placement in the program will meet the needs of the child.
The classroom program is taught by a certified teacher and a teacher assistant. The philosophy is based on allowing children to develop their skills and abilities through a variety of experiences. Our goal is not to teach the ABC’s, but to allow the children the opportunity to developmentally progress as they mature.
