Annual Education Report (AER)

The Annual Education Report (AER) provides detailed information on teacher quality, student assessment and accountability, and other educational information for schools, districts, and the state in one convenient place. The AER report is designed to meet the federal requirements of the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), the most recent reauthorization of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (ESEA), by helping school districts to easily package the required data elements for annual federal reporting.

Cedar Springs Schools Emergency Drill Reports 

Michigan’s PA12 of 2014 requires that school districts are to report their annual emergency drill schedule no later than September 15th to the Kent County Sheriff’s Department Emergency Management Division, which is required to notify local police/fire agencies within the boundaries of the district.  Districts are required to document the completion of scheduled drills within 30 days and post notification of completed drills on the school’s website.  The reports are to be maintained on the district site for three years.
